Jacko now gives his approval as well. As with all things popular, Balmain did receive a bit of criticism for biting MJ’s style, but if he supports it then CASE CLOSED. Balmain, although a tad over-photographed, is still pretty much great.

These come out next season (after we will all be over the distressed look), but if you are sneaky–you can snag a pair at $25 cheaper on April 2nd from 7-9 pm at their “Denim After Dark” event (while they are still “cool”). Stop by 486 Broadway at the corner of Broome Street in Soho to buy a pair of better-than-a&f-rippedup jeans for yourself. They will even hem them for all you shortys–and do any special embroidery your summer heart might desire.
